The Agency is an international real estate firm based in Beverly Hills, known for its contemporary approach and lifestyle vision of luxury.

In this project, we reinterpreted the Californian style that, since the 1950s, drew inspiration from Tuscan villas to create modern, light-filled spaces. We worked with a restrained language of noble materials and genuine comfort, far from excess and ostentation. Walnut wood, travertine and textured traditional stucco coexist with linen, silk and patterned fabrics that bring warmth and personality. Light defines the flow and connects work and meeting areas. The bathroom breaks that calm: a bold gesture with mirrored walls and a red corporate washbasin that becomes the project’s wow moment.
