In Casa Calvià, we transformed an existing house through a complete reorganisation of its spaces. The intervention introduces a new staircase as the central element of the home, connecting the different levels and redefining the internal layout.

The fireplace becomes a focal point within the living area, while the renewal of finishes and building services updates the house throughout. The result is a brighter, more open home shaped by specific design decisions, where every element has a clear role within the overall composition.
