Casa Melia is based on a complete reorganisation of the home, improving the relationship between the interior spaces, the terraces and the sea views.

The intervention concentrates storage and service areas at strategic points within the floor plan, freeing up the living areas and creating a more open and continuous reading of the space. Oak wood, neutral tones and natural light define a consistent material language throughout the house, integrating architecture, furniture and finishes under a single approach.
