Europe’s leading footwear retailer, Deichmann combines fashion, functionality, and accessibility. Its purpose is to democratize design by offering quality, style, and comfort to a global audience.

For this rollout, we carried out the technical implementation across four locations, applying the international guideline with precision and consistency. We standardized display modules and back areas, defined assembly tolerances, and resolved junctions with high-resistance flooring. Lighting maintains vertical uniformity with clean accents on the product. Signage, stockroom doors, and cash points were integrated into a clear layout that streamlines daily operations. Deliveries were coordinated in batches with quality control by phase to ensure on-schedule openings. A consistent, durable format designed to scale with the same rigor that defines every rollout at Costagin.
