We rehabilitated a traditional Mallorcan finca while respecting its original architecture and the elements that define its character. The existing structure, exposed timber beams and other traditional features were retained and incorporated into a contemporary intervention based on natural materials, neutral tones and a more open layout.

The kitchen and main living areas take on a central role within the house, while natural light and visual connections between spaces become key components of the new organisation. A project that builds on the existing fabric of the house while introducing a new spatial organisation.
