We managed and executed a complex construction process with a simple premise: to respect the design delivered by the client and make it viable in the real space. We adjusted measurements, resolved interferences, and organized a clear, agile work schedule. Our project management connected trades, permits, and installations to deliver on time and with precision, adapting on-site solutions without compromising the design intent. A coherent and well-built interior where every decision has a purpose and the whole works from day one.
