We managed and supervised the implementation of several Parfois stores, coordinating the entire process from brand manual to opening. We standardized assemblies, organized back-of-house areas, and synchronized deliveries to meet tight deadlines. Design guidelines were adapted to the real conditions of each location, maintaining the aesthetic and functional coherence of the brand. A project focused on precision, planning, and quality control to ensure smooth, on-time openings.
