Located in Son Serra, the house has been reorganised around a more open layout, with the main living areas oriented towards the sea and the views becoming part of the everyday experience of the space.

The intervention incorporates dedicated storage solutions for surfboards, sports equipment and beach gear, integrating them into the architecture of the house. Durable materials suited to the coastal environment and a restrained selection of finishes complete a project shaped by its location and the way its owners use the home.
