Casa Costa Nord is organised around a large-scale fireplace and a series of spaces opened towards the landscape. The intervention reorganises the house by concentrating the main living areas around the largest openings, bringing natural light and views into the centre of the home.

Terracotta flooring and wall finishes define the material character of the project, accompanied by a restrained selection of finishes and integrated elements. An intervention shaped by specific decisions in layout, materiality and construction.
